The H.U.G.S. Golden Gala 2026
We hosted a night of sparkles, joy, and hope at the H.U.G.S. Golden Gala at the Shelby County Arts Council on Thursday, March 12th, 2026, from 6:00PM-8:30PM.
This special night honored courageous childhood cancer fighters, survivors, and siblings whose strength inspires us all. The evening featured meaningful speakers, special performances from former and current Miss Alabama state titleholders, dinner, and a silent auction.
All funds raised were put towards H.U.G.S. 4 Childhood Cancer’s care package, advocacy, and awareness programs. This event not only raised crucial funds, but also increased awareness and fosters a strong community of support for those impacted by childhood cancer!
